Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote upgrades and recommend additional products or services to customers.
Achieve customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Update customer details and interactions in the CRM system.
Follow company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Flexibility to work on rotational weekly offs.
