Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Identify upselling prospects and recommend additional products, services, or upgrades to customers.
Achieve customer satisfaction, quality, and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and process guidelines.
Ensure effective communication and a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Valuable listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Flexibility to work on rotational weekly offs.




Ability to handle customer conversations and identify upselling opportunities.

Shift and Transportation Details
Shift Timings: Rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Weekly Offs: Rotational offs; weekends may be working days.
Cab Facility: Available on a chargeable basis, as per company policy.
Work Location: As per company requirements.
