Office Executive Data Entry, Order Management & Social Media Coordination

R Jewels, a diamond jewellery wholesale business in Karol Bagh, Delhi, is looking for an organised and computer-savvy Office Executive. Freshers are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enter customer orders, product details and inventory records into Excel or company software.
• Maintain customer databases, stock records and order status.
• Prepare basic Excel reports and assist with daily office administration.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders, dispatches and deliveries.
• Assist in coordinating Instagram posts, reels, jewellery photos and videos.
• Organise product content, captions and social media posts.
• Track social media enquiries and forward them to the relevant team.




• Maintain accurate records and complete tasks on time.

Requirements:
• Basic computer knowledge and working knowledge of Excel.
• Positive typing accuracy and attention to detail.
• Interest in Instagram and social media.
• Positive communication and organisational skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Canva or basic photo/video editing skills are an advantage.

Salary: 15,00025,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Location: Karol Bagh, Delhi
Employment: Full time, in-office.
