We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller with good English communication skills and prior BPO / calling experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, communicating with prospects/customers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining accurate call records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Communicate professionally in English and understand customer requirements.
Explain company services/products clearly and handle basic customer queries.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
Maintain accurate call details, follow-ups, and customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further follow-up.
Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive conversation.
Update CRM/calling records on a regular basis.
Required Skills
1+ year of experience in Telecalling / BPO / Customer Calling.
Valuable spoken and written English communication.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM.
Valuable listening and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Preferred Profile
Candidates with prior BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation experience are preferred.
Candidates who are comfortable communicating with business customers (B2B) will have an added advantage.
