Nexa Power Solar is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our team in Pathankot.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided to suitable candidates.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in solar products and services.
Explain solar solutions, offers, and basic product information to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned calling and lead follow-up targets.
Maintain a professional and friendly approach while communicating with customers.
Requirements
Valuable verbal communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English is an advantage.
Confident and polite communication style.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable making customer calls and following up with leads.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers can apply.
Candidates with telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead-generation experience will be an advantage.
