Conduct manufacturing cost variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Provide actionable insights on variable and fixed cost movements.
Coordinate with plant and functional teams to resolve data and performance variances.
Budgeting & Planning Support
Support annual budgeting, budget phasing, and forecasting activities.




Prepare plant-wise and zone-wise performance comparisons against budget targets.
Assist in financial planning and strategic decision-making through data analysis.
Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate with Corporate Accounts, HR, Plant Finance, and Operations teams for data collection and validation.
Support Board presentations, investor reporting, and statutory reporting requirements.
Ensure consistency and reliability of information used for business reviews.
Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Identify gaps in reporting processes and implement solutions with IT, SAP, TM1, and Tableau teams.
Enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and dashboard effectiveness.
