TRAVEL COORDINATOR –

Position: Travel Coordinator

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage domestic and business travel arrangements for employees and management.
Book flights, trains, hotels, cabs, and other transportation as required.
Prepare and maintain travel itineraries, booking details, and travel schedules.
Coordinate with hotels, travel agencies, transport vendors, and other service providers.
Handle changes, cancellations, rescheduling, and other travel-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, expenses, invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate airport/station transfers and local transportation arrangements.
Ensure travel arrangements are made within approved budgets and company policies.
Provide timely travel-related information and support to employees during their journeys.
Coordinate group travel arrangements for meetings, conferences, events, and business trips.




Verify travel bills and coordinate with the accounts team for payment and reimbursement.
Handle any urgent travel requirements and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in travel coordination, corporate travel, administration, or a similar role.
Valuable knowledge of flight, train, hotel, and transportation booking processes.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to handle multiple travel arrangements and urgent requirements efficiently.
Experience with travel booking portals or corporate travel platforms will be an advantage.
