Role & responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave Management, and Labor Tracking modules.
Design and develop Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
Support workforce analytics and reporting requirements.
Perform system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
Participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects.
Prepare technical and functional documentation.
