We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-friendly Telecaller Executive to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling Digital Marketing client calls, Real Estate leads, follow-ups, site visit scheduling, as well as managing the front office and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Telecalling – Digital Marketing
Call potential and existing leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Understand the client's requirements and provide basic information about our services.
Follow up with interested clients through phone calls and messages.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the concerned team for further discussions or meetings.
Telecalling – Real Estate
Call and follow up with leads received for real estate projects.
Understand the customer's requirements such as location, budget and property preferences.
Provide basic project/property information to interested customers.
Convince and encourage interested leads to visit the property/site.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with customers and the sales team.
Follow up with customers after site visits.
Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.
Required Skills
Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain lead/follow-up records in Excel or Google Sheets.
Valuable coordination and time-management skills.
Prior experience in Telecalling, Sales, Real Estate or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.

Marathi – Fluent
Hindi – Fluent
English – Basic understanding and speaking fluency
