We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Travel Consultant – Branch Head / Team Head to lead our travel operations, manage a team of travel consultants, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the travel consultant team.
Handle domestic and international travel packages, including customized itineraries.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, DMCs, hotels, and travel partners.
Manage customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and end-to-end travel arrangements.
Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and team performance.
Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and conversions.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Train and guide team members to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Requirements
Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry.
Previous experience in team handling, branch management, or sales leadership is preferred.




Robust knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Robust leadership, sales, and team management abilities.
Ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary up to ₹1,00,000 per month, based on experience and expertise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
