Experience: 5 to 10 Years in Real Estate / High-Rise / Luxury Residential Projects
Job Summary
The Project Architect will be responsible for architectural planning, design coordination and execution support for premium residential & high-rise development projects. The role will work closely with project teams, consultants & contractors to ensure that designs are executed accurately & meet the required quality & aesthetic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review & coordinate architectural drawings & design documentation.
Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP & other consultants.
Review drawings & ensure alignment between design & site execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural works.
Resolve design & drawing-related issues during construction.
Review shop drawings, material specifications and architectural details.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
Ensure execution as per approved designs, specifications & project standards.
Monitor architectural finishes & quality of workmanship.
Support design development & modification requirements.
Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions & project documentation.
Coordinate with project management on design-related timelines & deliverables.
