Role Summary:

Join Huron as a Workday AMS Technical Consultant, supporting clients in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing Workday integrations in a production/AMS workplace. The role involves technical problem-solving, client interaction, continuous improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:
3–4+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday Integrations in an AMS/Production Support environment.
Workday Integration and/or Workday Studio certification is highly preferred.
Robust experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Cloud Connectors.
Good knowledge of REST/SOAP Web Services, XML and XSLT.
Experience supporting HCM, Financials, or Higher Education Workday integrations.
Experience with incident, problem and change management, SLA-driven support,



troubleshooting, monitoring, and root cause analysis.
Ability to analyze Workday releases and assess their impact on existing integrations.
Solid communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with ticketing/documentation tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA is preferred.
Willingness to mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Familiarity with integration support tools such as Notepad++, Oxygen XML Editor, Beyond Compare, etc., is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
Willingness to travel or work extended hours based on business requirements.
