Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Communicate with customers in Kannada professionally and confidently.
Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
Maintain daily call records and customer information.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversions.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Submit daily call and productivity reports to the reporting manager.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills in Kannada.
Basic communication skills in English/Tamil will be an added advantage.
Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Candidate
Female/Male candidates can apply.
Candidates with telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
Kannada-speaking candidates are required.
Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.(Negotiable)
