Role Summary:
Senior Workday consultant responsible for leading reporting solutions and Prism Analytics design and delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Leads the design and implementation of Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert in data modeling, report optimization, and analytics strategy. Drives client discussions, builds advanced data pipelines, and delivers actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced Workday reports and dashboards
Lead Prism Analytics architecture, datasets, and data pipelines
Define data models, transformations, and data governance strategies
Drive reporting strategy and analytics roadmap discussions with clients
Develop complex calculated fields and custom data sources
Optimize report performance and scalability
Lead testing strategy, validation, and defect resolution
Provide advanced analytics insights and recommendations
Mentor L2 consultants and review reporting deliverables
Support Workday releases and recent feature adoption
Qualification Criteria
10+ years of experience in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics
Robust expertise in Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards
Hands-on experience with Prism data pipelines and transformations
Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills
Experience in client-facing roles and solution design
Bachelors/Masters degree
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certification in Reporting or Prism Analytics
Experience in enterprise-level reporting solutions
Key Performance Indicators:
Reporting solution quality and rework reduction
Data accuracy and consistency across systems
Stakeholder satisfaction and adoption levels
Delivery milestone adherence
Performance optimization of reports
Mentorship and knowledge sharing effectiveness
