Role & responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before, during, and after surgical procedures.
Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and other healthcare specialists during surgeries.
Ensure availability and sterility of surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Monitor patients' condition before, during, and after surgery.
Adhere to infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures, consumables, and patient care activities.
Assist in positioning and transferring patients safely.
Respond promptly to emergencies and support critical care requirements.
Coordinate with CSSD, ICU, wards, and other departments for seamless patient care.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality guidelines.
