Role & responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented and motivated Real Estate Sales Professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Handle and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects/properties.
Conduct client meetings and property/site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, offers and other relevant information to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into successful bookings.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales activities in the CRM.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to booking.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects and recent property launches.
Ensure professional and timely communication with all prospective and existing clients.
