Job Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Executive/Senior Executive with hands-on experience in US Payroll Processing. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with federal and state regulations, reconciliation activities, and timely resolution of employee payroll queries.

Key Responsibilities
Process end-to-end US payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
Manage payroll inputs including earnings, deductions, bonuses, reimbursements, and tax withholdings.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations.
Handle payroll adjustments, retro-pay, garnishments, and off-cycle payroll processing.
Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare payroll reports for Finance and audit purposes.
Coordinate payroll tax filings and statutory compliance activities.
Resolve employee queries related to payroll, taxes, deductions, and pay statements.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and payroll vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.




Support internal and external payroll audits and drive process improvements.
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee data.

Key Skills Required
35 years of hands-on experience in US payroll processing.
Solid understanding of US payroll regulations, federal and state taxes, FICA, FUTA, SUTA, and garnishments.
Experience in payroll reconciliations, payroll accounting, and reporting.
Knowledge of payroll compliance and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in payroll systems (ADP, Workday, Ceridian, UKG, or similar platforms).
Advanced MS Excel skills for payroll analysis and reporting.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle employee payroll queries effectively.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Relevant payroll certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience working with multinational payroll settings is preferred.
