Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive – Customer Follow-up to handle customer calls, follow up on enquiries/leads and coordinate with the concerned sales team.

The ideal candidate should be confident in making outbound calls, speaking with customers professionally, understanding their requirements and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
Handle incoming customer enquiries over the phone.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about products/services.
Follow up with customers regularly and maintain the follow-up schedule.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Convince and encourage interested customers to proceed with the next step.
Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales/Business Development team.
Maintain accurate records of calls,



enquiries and follow-up status.
Update customer information in Excel/CRM.
Make repeat follow-up calls to pending and interested customers.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Confident and transparent telephone communication.
Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up ability.
Basic MS Excel / computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to work with calling targets.
Ability to handle rejection and continue follow-ups professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Support / Lead Generation.
Experience in outbound calling and customer follow-up preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
