About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Textile Incharge to manage day-to-day textile department operations, drive sales and targets, ensure effective offer execution, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the Textile Department and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales targets and achievement of department KPIs.
Ensure effective execution of offers, DBT, RBT & ATS.
Maintain proper inventory levels, stock availability and replenishment.
Monitor FIFO, stock aging, damages and shrinkage.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising and presentation.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
Coordinate and supervise department staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
Monitor staff performance and support achievement of sales targets.
Prepare and maintain basic sales, inventory and performance reports.
Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse and other departments for smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Retail, Department Store or related industry.
Solid understanding of textile/apparel products and retail operations.
Positive customer-handling and team-management skills.
Target-oriented with robust operational discipline.
