Customer Calling & Lead Generation
Contact wedding leads received from walk-ins, exhibitions, referrals, social media, website inquiries, and other marketing campaigns.
Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their wedding jewellery requirements.
Invite customers to visit the showroom and schedule appointments.
Follow up regularly until the customer visits the showroom.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a professional and courteous approach during every customer interaction.
Provide accurate information regarding collections, offers, schemes, and services.
Address customer queries and escalate complex issues to the respective sales team.
Maintain long-term relationships with wedding customers through periodic follow-ups.
Sales Support
Coordinate appointments with showroom sales executives.
Ensure all assigned leads are followed up promptly.
Generate repeat visits by informing customers about current collections and exclusive offers.
Support sales campaigns and promotional activities through outbound calling.
CRM & Documentation
Update customer information and call remarks in the CRM system after every interaction.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
Ensure complete confidentiality of customer information.
Performance Monitoring
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Meet appointment booking and showroom visit targets.
Contribute towards wedding sales conversion through effective follow-up.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or CRM is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
