We are looking for a Customer Support Executive fluent in Hindi to handle inbound and outbound s for our domestic customers. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience over voice support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer s in English and Hindi
Resolve customer queries related to products/services
Provide correct information and support as per process guidelines
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Document details and update customer records accurately
Follow company policies and quality standards
Work Details:
6 days working 1 days off
