We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates while working closely with hiring managers to meet client requirements within timelines.
Desired profile:
3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment
Solid experience in W2 and permanent hiring
Must be a local to Hyderabad
Self-motivated and results-driven
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions (W2, C2C, 1099).
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain solid communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
