Must Have:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI / enterprise BI analytics.
Advanced Power BI expertise.
Expert-level DAX and semantic/data modeling skills.
Strong experience with Power Query/M and SQL.
Robust experience with Microsoft Fabric.
Hands-on experience with Databricks.
Strong Python experience.
Experience working with APIs, particularly Power BI REST APIs and/or Tableau APIs.
Strong understanding of Power BI performance optimization.
Experience with Power BI Service, workspaces, security, refresh, deployment, and governance.
Experience with RLS/OLS.
Experience with advanced Power BI development and enterprise-scale semantic models.
Strong understanding of Tableau, including dashboards, calculations, data sources, and performance.
Hands-on experience with Tableau to Power BI migration or similar BI platform migration.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
