Solid understanding of US recruitment processes and IT technologies.
Experience with sourcing through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
Ability to recruit for various IT skill sets including Developers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and other technology specialists.
Excellent stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
