We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for various US-based clients and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Source qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand client requirements and effectively search for suitable candidates.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidates' suitability for the position.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate compensation rates and assist with offer closures.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/Recruitment database.
Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining.
Work according to US staffing processes and timelines.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of US IT Staffing / Recruitment.
Strong understanding of US job market and IT technologies.
Hands-on experience with Boolean Search, LinkedIn, job portals, and ATS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust negotiation and candidate management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Comfortable working in a night shift / US shift.
