- Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts and day-to-day content activities for clients.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
Handle client communication, requirements, feedback, and regular follow-ups.
Understand client goals and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Conduct competitor and trend research to improve content strategy.
Maintain strong and qualified relationships with clients.
Ensure client satisfaction and resolve routine queries efficiently.
- Required Skills:
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
Basic understanding of social media marketing, content and engagement.
Valuable coordination and organizational skills.
Basic Canva knowledge is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
