We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process,
identifying quality talent and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower
requirements to candidate onboarding.
Source and attract candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment
databases, references, and other sourcing channels.
Identify and proactively hunt for relevant talent, particularly for positions within the
Travel & Tourism industry.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidates
against job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future hiring
Requirements & Skills
23 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Mandatory: Prior hiring/recruitment experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
Robust experience in candidate sourcing and headhunting using Naukri, LinkedIn, job
portals, databases, and other channels.
Positive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to assess candidates and understand role requirements.
