Roles & Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle hiring for Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health Staff to fill critical clinical vacancies rapidly.
Pipeline & Headhunting: Build and leverage a solid candidate network across top hospital chains and medical institutions pan-India.
Credentialing & Screening: Conduct rigorous evaluations checking clinical qualifications, council registrations (MCI/NMC/Nursing Councils), and specialized experience.
Stakeholder Management: Partner directly with Medical Directors, Clinical HODs, and Nursing Superintendents to align on priorities and expedite hiring.
Offer Closing: Manage salary negotiations,
notice period buyouts, and joining logistics to ensure high offer-to-joining ratios.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 8+ years in healthcare recruitment with mandatory experience hiring Doctors & Nurses (Hospital or Healthcare Staffing Agency background).
Network: Strong candidate pool across Mumbai and major Indian healthcare networks.
Domain Expertise: Thorough understanding of medical specialties, council licenses, and clinical hiring standards.
Execution: Rapid-paced recruiter with a proven track record of closing high-priority clinical roles with speed and rigor.
