Role & responsibilities

Site Operations and Work Management
Supervise daily site activities, labour and ongoing work.
Ensure work follows project requirements, SOPs, quality standards and safety practices.
Maintain site discipline and visit sites for recent enquiries when required.

Measurement and Billing
Verify site measurement sheets against quoted quantities and completed work.
Maintain daily measurement records and prepare final measurement sheets for billing.
Obtain approval and signatures from the client or their representative.

Material and Inventory Management
Monitor material stock, usage, tools and equipment.
Arrange materials, labour and transportation as required.
Maintain records of material consumption, transportation and expenses.

DPR, Documentation and Social Media
Submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to the office.
Maintain records of labour attendance, material stock,



expenses and completed work.
Capture site photographs and videos to document work progress.
Provide updates and content for the company's social media platforms.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with experience in construction, waterproofing or civil engineering site supervision are preferred.
Should have practical knowledge of site operations, labour coordination and material management.
Must be capable of preparing measurement records and daily progress reports.
Should be organised, punctual, responsible and willing to travel to different project sites.
Basic computer and smartphone skills are required.
Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
