About the Role

We are looking for a Staff / Lead Frontend Engineer with 10 years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of our high-performance, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using up-to-date UI technology stacks.
Component Architecture: Develop scalable, reusable, and modular frontend components across the organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, product managers,



and backend engineers to define specs and deliver fluid user experiences.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 10 years of hands-on qualified frontend/UI software engineering experience.
Core Stack: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6 ), and TypeScript.
Framework: Deep, hands-on production expertise with React.js.
Ecosystem & Tools: Robust proficiency with modern state management solutions, RESTful APIs, and modern build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack).
Core Engineering Principles: Practical expertise with responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and frontend performance optimization.
Workflow: Solid experience using Git, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and Agile development workflows.
