Role
We are looking for an experienced ZSM to take ownership of sales growth across UP and Bihar and strengthen the existing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth across UP & Bihar.
Lead and manage RSM/ASM/MR teams.
Improve field-force productivity and secondary sales.
Strengthen doctor, stockist and distributor networks.
Identify recent markets and business prospects.
Monitor territory performance and implement corrective actions.
Drive product launches and market expansion.
Build a high-performance sales team.
Requirements
12–20 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
3–5+ years in ZSM/Senior RSM/Regional leadership.
Robust experience in ethical/branded pharma.
Proven track record of business growth.
Robust UP/Bihar market knowledge.
Experience managing large field teams.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Candidates with a demonstrable record of increasing sales and building teams will be strongly preferred. Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹78,000.00 per month
