Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Calling: Contact potential clients via phone from provided lists or digital ads (Facebook, WhatsApp, property portals)
Requirement Gathering: Understand the customer's budget, preferred location, property type (residential/commercial), and purchase timeline
Site Visit Coordination: Fix and confirm property site visits for interested buyers with field sales executives.
Preferred candidate profile
Communication: Valuable verbal skills in local languages like Bengali and Hindi; English is an added advantage.
Education: Minimum 10th pass to Graduation, depending on the employer.
Experience: Both freshers and candidates with 13 years of telesales experience are welcome.
Tech Skills: Basic working knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel
Salary Range: 10,000 to 30,000 per month (plus performance incentives).
Work Type: Mostly Work From Office (WFO) with standard day shifts.
