Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end civil construction activities for high-rise luxury residential apartment projects.
Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project milestones.
Supervise structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Ensure construction quality complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Monitor project progress, productivity, and execution against approved timelines.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Control construction costs, minimize wastage, and ensure productive resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and site quality procedures.
Review drawings, resolve site execution issues, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare progress reports, manage contractor performance, and ensure timely project handover.
