Role & responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end civil construction activities for high-rise luxury residential apartment projects.
Develop execution strategies and ensure project completion within approved timelines and budgets.
Review structural drawings, construction methodologies, and technical specifications.
Lead project managers, senior engineers, site engineers, and contractors to achieve execution targets.
Monitor RCC, structural, waterproofing, faade, and premium finishing works for quality compliance.
Coordinate with design consultants, architects, MEP, planning, procurement, and QA/QC teams.
Control construction costs, material consumption, manpower productivity, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and approved quality procedures.
Review project progress, resolve critical site issues, and implement corrective action plans.
Report project performance, risks, and milestones to senior management and ensure timely handover.
