Manage inbound and outbound shipments at the warehouse/gateway hub.
Perform shipment scanning, sorting, segregation, and bagging activities.
Ensure accurate processing and timely dispatch of shipments.
Monitor shipment movement and update system records.
Coordinate with ground staff, supervisors, transport teams, and other operational departments.
Maintain shipment accuracy and minimize misrouted, missing, or damaged shipments.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to warehouse safety guidelines.
Support daily operational targets, productivity, and service-level requirements.
Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues to the reporting manager.
Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements.
