Our Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) programme is designed to give fresh engineering graduates a solid foundation in infrastructure construction. You will rotate across departments and project sites, gaining exposure to all aspects of project delivery.
Responsibilities
Assist senior engineers in site supervision and quality control
Learn and apply MORTH specifications in real-world construction
Support surveying, material testing, and documentation activities
Participate in safety briefings and HSE compliance activities
Prepare technical reports and presentations
Complete structured training modules and assessments
Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2025 or 2026 batch)
Strong academic record with minimum 60% aggregate
Willingness to relocate to project sites across India
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi
Eagerness to learn and grow in the construction industry
Preferred Qualifications
Internship experience in construction or infrastructure
Knowledge of AutoCAD or any engineering software
