Candidate should have experience in HVAC execution, preferably in commercial/IT Park projects .
Manage and supervise HVAC installation, execution, testing, and commissioning at the project site.
Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure execution as per approved designs.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and other MEP teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor work progress, quality, timelines, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Conduct inspections and ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems.
Support material planning, quantity verification, and contractor bill certification.
Resolve site-level technical issues and ensure timely completion of HVAC activities.
