Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling the master schedule, resources, and budget for complex underground construction
Ensure projects are completed on time by identifying risks, managing project logic, and coordinating between site teams, clients, and consultants
Develop and maintain the overall project master program
Monitor daily/weekly/monthly site progress, prepare S-curves, look-ahead plans, and MIS reports for management and clients
Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to ensure productive usage cost-load the schedule to monitor cash flow and project budget
Identify schedule risks related to geology, ground improvement, and logistics, developing contingency plans to mitigate delays
Prepare and review construction method statements, ensuring they align with the project timeline and technical specifications
