Role & responsibilities
Manage financial accounting, reporting, and financial statements for high-rise luxury residential projects.
Oversee project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable statutory regulations.
Monitor project expenses, vendor payments, and contractor billing.
Prepare and review monthly financial reports, MIS, and budget variance analysis.
Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Manage project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and financial reconciliations.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintain accurate financial records.
Support financial due diligence, audits, and RERA-related financial compliance.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, QS, and project teams to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
