Roles and Responsibilities
You are mainly responsible for creating and maintaining a qualified, welcoming customer experience.
You are also responsible for the readiness of the showroom machines at all times.
You will regularly maintain and replenish the required raw materials and tools used for machine demonstration.
You will maintain showroom appearance, including organization cleanliness, and aesthetic of the showroom.
You will coordinate with the sales team regularly to understand the expectations of machine demonstrations to customers.
You will follow the standard process of machine demonstrations and innovating constantly for improved customer experience.
Any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills and Personality
Knowledge of machine operations and application Prior experience as an application engineer in a similar industry
Excellent communication, presentation and orating skills
Ability to effectively manage staff and resources
Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
