URGENT HIRING – WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Location: Nelamangala, Bengaluru

Position: Warehouse Manager

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 5–10 Years

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Work Mode: Work from Office / In-person

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inward, storage, inventory and dispatch.
Plan and manage manpower deployment, team allocation and productivity.
Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy and reconciliation.
Supervise loading, unloading, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
Prepare and maintain daily MIS, operational reports and inventory records.
Coordinate with clients, transporters and internal teams for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, 5S and housekeeping.
Monitor operational performance and achieve productivity and service-level targets.
Identify and control stock discrepancies,



damages and operational losses.

Candidate Profile
5–10 years of relevant experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management.
Strong team handling and manpower management skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, WMS/ERP and warehouse processes.
Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Experience in 3PL / Logistics operations will be preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period will be preferred.
