The role will partner with business stakeholders to drive financial performance, compliance, process efficiency, and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities
Direct & Indirect Taxation
GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and advisory.
TDS review, payments, return filing, and tax audit support.
Income tax compliance, Form 15CA (145) /15CB (146) filings, and assessment support.
Other Compliances.
Monthly, half-yearly, and annual SEZ filings.
Managing statutory compliance trackers and regulatory requirements.
FP&A; & Business Finance
Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
MIS, management reporting, dashboards, and business presentations.
Financial analysis, profitability reviews, and decision-support reporting.
Accounting & Reporting
Month-end/year-end closure and financial statement preparation.




Account reconciliations and audit coordination.
Fixed asset accounting and insurance management.
Projects & Process Improvement: Support due diligence, valuation, IPO, and business expansion initiatives. Drive automation, SAP reporting enhancements, process standardization, and internal controls.

Solid analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Workings Knowledge on using AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools. e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT etc.)
