Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to support our procurement operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring the timely availability of materials as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, pricing, and product availability.
- Compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Stores, Accounts, and other relevant teams.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Monitor pending orders, delivery schedules, and material requirements.
- Support vendor negotiations to achieve cost savings and better commercial terms.




- Verify invoices and purchase-related documents in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and approval procedures.

Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of purchase orders, vendor management, and quotation comparison.
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP or procurement software will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
