Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Executive role based in Rajkot.

The Procurement

Executive will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and issuance of purchase orders for electrical components, equipment, and services. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with production, projects, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of materials,



and optimizing procurement costs without compromising quality or safety standards. The individual will maintain and update procurement records, track deliveries, resolve supplier issues, and support compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

The Procurement

Executive will also assist in vendor evaluation, cost analysis, and process improvements to strengthen the overall supply chain.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated proficiency in purchasing processes and purchase management, including handling purchase orders and vendor coordination.
- Strong analytical skills to compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors and to document procurement activities clearly.
- Experience in procurement or supply chain within electrical, engineering, or industrial manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.
- Working knowledge of ERP or procurement software, basic MS Office skills, and familiarity with inventory control practices.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in procurement.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and commitment to ethical, transparent purchasing practices.

Experience: 6 months to 1 Year
