Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Procurement Executive with experience in Interior Fit-Outs and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) procurement to manage purchasing activities for construction and interior projects.

The candidate will be responsible for vendor sourcing, quotation comparisons, price negotiations, purchase order processing, material coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of materials as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement for Interior Fit-Outs, Civil Works, and MEP materials.
- Source and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare RFQs, comparative statements, and purchase orders.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Procure interior materials such as plywood, laminates, hardware, glass, aluminium profiles,



false ceilings, flooring, and furniture fittings.
- Coordinate procurement of MEP materials, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting materials.
- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and vendors.
- Monitor material deliveries, quality, inventory, and procurement timelines.
- Maintain procurement records and ensure cost control.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Interior Fit-Outs and MEP procurement.
- Valuable knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and MEP products.
- Robust vendor negotiation, sourcing, and purchasing skills.
- Experience preparing RFQs, quotation comparisons, and purchase orders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and procurement/ERP software.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Important: Candidates with procurement experience in both Interior Fit-Outs and MEP projects will be preferred. Relevant hands-on experience is essential.
