What you can look forward to as Process Engineer EoL (m/f/d):

- Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably as a Process, Production, or Industrial Engineer.
- Knowledge of Lean tools and problem-solving methods.
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in electrical testing of equipment and analyzing test results.
- Experience working with industrial robots.
- Experience in the automotive industry.

Your Profile as Process Engineer EoL(m/f/d):

- Create and update process documentation, including process flows, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and process parameter sheets.

- Monitor downtime and scrap, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Improve quality, ergonomics, cycle times, and equipment efficiency,



including monitoring indicators such as OEE.
- Support production teams in solving problems and training operators and technicians.
- Participate in complaint analysis, prepare A3 reports, and support audit preparation.
- Introduce and validate new processes and technologies, and support the installation, acceptance testing, and ramp-up of new equipment.
- Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams.
- Experience in electrical testing of equipment and analyzing test results.
- Experience working with industrial robots.
