Key Responsibilities

- Process P&C; transactions such as recent business, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Support claims processing: claim setup, document verification, and status updates.
- Assist underwriters by gathering, validating, and entering risk and applicant data.
- Review policy documents, quotes, and submissions for completeness and accuracy.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Follow SOPs, process documents, and client-specific guidelines.
- Identify errors and escalate exceptions or complex cases to the team lead.
- Maintain data confidentiality and comply with regulatory and security requirements.
- Participate in training, feedback sessions,



and process improvement initiatives.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of P&C; insurance concepts: personal lines (auto, home) and commercial lines (general liability, workers’ compensation, property, commercial auto).
- Familiarity with terms like premium, deductible, coverage, endorsement, loss run, ACORD forms, and subrogation.
