RAD (Rapid Asset Deployment) Process Assistant will be working at the RAD center to provide rapid solutions for IT Assets triage, troubleshooting, repairs, and RMA/ARMAs. They will also be partnering with all the OEMs in India for RMA support.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or IT related field (BCA, MCA, B.Tech).
- Microsoft MCSE, MCITP Systems Administrator (Active Directory)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in RMA/Repair of Laptops, Desktops, RF Scanners, and IT Inventory Management/Networking
- Proven skills in diagnosing PC/Laptop defects, repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation
- Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, RF scanners, and portable handheld terminals
- Knowledge of RMA process of all IT related equipment
- Knowledge of chip-level PCB repair would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in Windows OS imaging
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining laser printers and zebra printers
- Hands-on experience in IT Inventory management
- Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications
- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
- Proven ability to work successfully with limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating in person and via phone/messenger with peers, management, contractors, and vendors
- Willingness to work versatile shifts and schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- MCSE/CCNA certification
- Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms
- Ability to manage high-priority projects
- Strong leadership skills
- Hands-on experience in Switch/Firewall configuration
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Expert in at least one or more areas including network engineering, Cisco configuration and management, Microsoft Windows administration
A Day in the Life

- We have a 5-day work week, but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
