We are hiring a Principal Software Engineer & SAFe System Architect to join our engineering leadership team.

As we scale our complex, highly transactional enterprise product suites across the Healthcare (EMR/EHR) and Hospitality ERP domains, we are looking for a technical custodian to own our system architecture, champion Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and guide our Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

If you are a hands-on technical leader who thrives on breaking down complex workflows into clean, decoupled, and highly modular code boundaries (and is a hands-on coder!), this role is for you.

Location: Kochi, Kerala, India (Hybrid/On-site)

Experience: 12+ years of enterprise software engineering & architecture experience (if you have less experience but the skills required, then feel free to apply)

Certification: Certified Protected System Architect (highly preferred)

· Guard the Architecture: Act as the ultimate custodian of our codebase, ensuring all feature developments align strictly with our defined architectural runways and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles.

· Bridge Strategy & Code: Own the technical runway at the ART level, collaborating closely with Product Management during PI Planning to balance business features with technical excellence.

· Automate Quality:



Design and implement automated architecture testing gates and static code analysis (like ArchUnit) within our Java CI/CD pipelines to catch structural regressions early.

· Mentor & Review (MOST IMPORTANT): Establish standard-setting code review practices, write core reference implementations, and mentor senior developers across teams to cultivate a culture of "Built-in Quality."

What We Are Looking For:

· Our Core Tech Stack: Strong architectural command over Spring Boot for scalable backends and Flutter for cross-platform frontends.

· Microservices Mastery: Proven hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing complex, highly resilient microservices architectures handling high data concurrency.

· DDD Practicality: Real-world experience defining Bounded Contexts, Aggregates, Repositories, and Domain Events within a distributed Spring Boot environment.

· Deep Domain Expertise: Proven track record architecting heavy, data-intensive enterprise systems (ERP, EMR, or complex financial/transactional platforms).

· Hands-on Leadership: You don't just draw architectural diagrams—you are comfortable diving into code reviews, setting up linting rules, and building framework foundations.

·SAFe Framework: Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), managing dependencies, and collaborating effectively across multiple agile teams on the train.
