Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and ensure the overall development of the institution.
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, and quality assurance.
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, mentoring, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements, including AICTE/UGC and university norms, as applicable.
- Strengthen industry partnerships, corporate relations, placements, and research initiatives.
- Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and student development.
- Manage institutional administration, budgeting, and academic operations.
- Drive accreditation, rankings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D.



in Management or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 20+ years of professional experience in academics, preferably in higher education and management institutions.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior academic or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of academic governance, accreditation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A demonstrated track record of institutional development and academic excellence.
